During showings, it is important for me to continue to understand what does and does not work for my buyers so they are ultimately able to find the right home. I negotiate and work closely with all parties from agents, mortgage lenders, and inspectors to safeguard each step. I enjoy being with my clients through the final step of closing so that throughout our time together, the home purchase is a joyful experience.
I help my sellers generate the most optimal traffic by marketing their home via photography, staging, MLS and networking with other agents. I ensure competitive pricing through market research and industry knowledge. I protect my client’s best interests to secure and see the transaction through to closing.
I spent my first seven years of my real estate career working in the major metros of Boston and Los Angeles. In 2012, I relocated to Austin to be closer to family. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and have earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI®) designation.
